TEFFT   My fellow cooties: HI Gang; Just an up date on what's going on.  I went to the 8th Dist VFW meeting Saturday, and met with John Potter, Fred Chambers (VFW Dept. Membership Chair) and Doug Broek 8th Dist Commander.  I had my DD-214 as well as Am. Fighting Ships, Janes Fighting Ships and Google on the USS  Wrangell - AE 12 I also had a Roster from the ship that gave the dates that I was on board.  My ex-wife even wrote a letter saying that yes I was on the AE - 12 when we were married.  And she knew that I was in Cuba on the ship.  Every thing went well, Fred is going to copy everthing and keep it in his records.
